Alan Gough has been specialising in High Court litigation for over 25 years and was involved the Rossminster case, the collapse of Savings and Investment Bank and famous cases such as Polly Peck. He has acted as special counsel to the US bankruptcy court and advisor to the Departments of the Governments of Finland, Pakistan the UK and South Africa.

He has lectured on offshore matters, and in particular on asset tracing, to experienced audiences in San Diego, Florence, Bermuda, Helsinki, Amsterdam and Monaco.
