The legal profession has changed dramatically over the past 20 years. Some law firms are thriving, while others are falling apart. Successful law firms are running themselves more like businesses and less like loose confederations of sole practitioners.
This session presents what the most successful firms are doing well and, drawing upon surveys conducted at recent Managing Partner Forums, looks at how most firms are performing in these critical areas.
