Paul Brabant, VP Consulting, Washington D.C.

Paul Brabant is Vice President of Consulting within the e-discovery unit of his firm, Epiq Systems, Inc. He is an attorney with over twelve years experience advising clients on the implementation of protocols and technology to effectively manage discovery, government investigations, and class action administration. He has successfully led numerous high-profile engagements with corporate and law firm clients.

 

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Epiq, Mr. Brabant was Attorney Technology Manager in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP, where he managed firm-wide and electronic discovery technology initiatives. Mr. Brabant also led high profile software development and implementation projects for managing litigation data and workflow, including claims processing for class action matters, and intellectual property file management.

 

Education

Mr. Brabant received his law degree from the Washington College of Law at American University in Washington, D.C., where he was a member of The Administrative Law Journal, and graduated with distinction. He is admitted to the bar in New York and the District of Columbia. He received a B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
