Steve Erickson is a nationally recognized consultant to accounting firms. He specializes in resolving the partner and people issues that limit the success of professional service firms. Using a hands-on and results-oriented approach, he helps firms to identify, establish and achieve their goals.

Steve’s personal passions are coaching and mentoring managing partners, other partners, and firm staff members to achieve organizational goals through personal development. As a former managing partner, Steve knows how to work with firms as a consultant to achieve long-term results. He has over 30 years of experience dealing with the challenges facing public accounting firms.
