Join Lisa as she discusses the drivers of motivation, the meaning behind compensation, and the ways in which fair process and fair outcomes make a difference in how compensation messages are received.

About the Speaker:

Lisa is a Senior Advisor at Fairfax Associates. She also is the Executive Director of Executive Education and the Case Development Initiative at Harvard Law School. Lisa consults on leadership, strategy, new business models, compensation, and client feedback. She has taught leadership, organization, and strategy in J.D. and executive education classes and is conducting research and writing case studies on law firm culture, innovation in the legal industry, and strategy and governance issues. Before arriving at Harvard, Lisa helped found the executive education program Georgetown Law Center and was Director of Research at Hildebrandt, where she focused on analysis of the international legal market and consulted on strategic and organizational issues. She also worked for a number of years in market research, as the CEO of a firm specializing in customer satisfaction programs.
